Interfund declares dividend

Interfund Investments Pcl (INF) issued its final 2006 results reporting a net profit of EUR 49.4 mln compared to EUR 13.1 mln in 2005. Additionally the Company’s BoD proposed a final dividend payment of CYP 0.0325 (EUR 0.0565) per share to all shareholders registered as at 30 April 2007. The latest reported NAV as at 15 February 2007 stood at EUR 0.5209 per share. Based on the stock’s latest closing price, total 2006 dividend yield (EUR 0.0782) stands at 17% while the stock trades at a 12% discount to its NAV.
