Cyprus industrial output prices up 3.9% in 2007

Industrial output prices rose by 3.9% in 2007, compared with consumer price inflation (and EU-harmonised consumer price inflation) of 2.4% in 2007.

The industrial output Prices index for December alone reached 130.9 (base 2000=100). For December 2007 the index recorded an increase of 0.2% compared to November 2007.

In December prices for the local market increased by 4.3% while prices for exports rose by only 0.2%.

For manufacturing, the index for December 2007 reached 130.8, recording an increase of 0.2% compared to November 2007.
