New line of Trust optical and laser mice

Trust has expanded its range of high-quality mice by introducing four new models of optical and laser mice. The ergonomic design and the rubber-coated sides ensure that the units are comfortable to use and have a good grip with optimal control.

All four models have a handy tilt scroll wheel, which makes it easy to scroll both vertically and horizontally in open windows. Since the mice are fully compatible with Windows Vista, it is not necessary to install a driver. Horizontal and vertical scrolling is one of the default settings in the latest version of Windows. Furthermore, it is possible to activate the zoom function with the click of just one button, allowing the user to zoom in Office applications and web browsers.

For more demanding users, Trust has developed two new models that use laser technology. A laser sensor works on more surfaces than a standard optical mouse and ensures higher precision. The Wireless Laser Mouse MI-7900Z is wireless and the Laser Combi Mouse MI-6900Z has a wire. Both have a special button with an indicator to set the sensitivity to 800 dpi or 1600 dpi, which makes them ideal for graphical applications and games.

The new line contains two high-quality, high-resolution, 6-button, optical mice. The 1000 dpi optical sensor ensures sublime control and accuracy. The Wireless Optical Mouse MI-4900Z is wireless and the Optical Combi Mouse MI-2900Z has a wire.

The MI-7900Z and the MI-4900Z both have a compact USB receiver. To increase the user-friendliness, there is an extension cable, so that the receiver can easily be inserted into a USB port without blocking the other ports.

The new MI-7900Z and MI-6900Z are available now and the MI-4900Z and MI-2900Z will be available from the end of March.

The recommended retail price, excluding VAT, is EUR 26.85 for the Wireless Laser Mouse MI-7900Z, EUR 18.45 each for the Laser Combi Mouse MI-6900Z and the Wireless Optical Mouse MI-4900Z, and EUR 10.88 for the Optical Combi Mouse MI-2900Z.
