CSE session to take place earlier on 22/12 and 29/12

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announced that on Friday, December 22, 2006 and Friday, December 29, 2006:

(a) Trading will end at 13.00 for all CSE markets.

(b) The exchange of documents for the transaction of government bonds, which have not been listed in the Central Register/Depository yet, will be carried out between 7.45 and 8.30 pm and the documents will be submitted to the CSE between 8.30 and 9.00 am.  The Central Bank will have to deliver the statements for the transactions of the government bonds’ registers by 9.30 am instead of 12.00 pm. 

We also wish to inform you that the forms/documents on the registrations in the Central Register/Depository will be acceptable by the CSE until 9.30 am. 

It is reminded that during Christmas holidays no transactions will be carried out during public holidays, that is, December 25 and 26 and January 1, 2006.
