Panasonic launches Care Plus int’l warranty

Panasonic has introduction the Care Plus International Warranty for Middle East consumers in 19 countries, including India, Pakistan, Philippines, Cyprus, Egypt, Iran and Gulf Cooperation Council members.

Care Plus International Warranty is an assurance of our company’s commitment to give the very best to our valued customers.”

“Our Call Center has been in operation for more than a year now, and has been successfully making one-to-one relations with customers to ensure continuing goodwill and trust,” added Anthony Peter, GM, Customer Care Solutions Department.

The Care Plus International Warranty scheme covers domestic consumers as well as the large expat population and will be issued on purchases made in eight countries which include GCC region, as well as Lebanon and Syria. Niche products like the new Viera range of Plasma and LCD TV, Lumix – Digital camera, as well as host of other products will be provided coverage.
