Polycarpou lifts stake in Avacom Net

Avacom Net Public Company Ltd informed the CSE and the SEC that on January 5, 2007, Polys Polycarpou Investments Ltd., one of its major shareholders increased his stake in the share capital of the Company and has exceeded 10%.

From the previous total direct and indirect stake of 13.702.001 shares or 9.14% of the share capital, the total stake amounts to 15.622.401 shares or 10.41% of the share capital of the company. The direct stake of Polys Polycarpou Investments Ltd., amounts to 15.427.641 shares or 10.28% and the stake of Polys Polycarpou to 194.760 shares or 0.13% stake.
