ALL to meet on 9M and dividend

The Board of Directors of Alliance International Reinsurance Co. Ltd (ALL) will meet on November 10, 2006 to examine the Company’s 9M06 results and the possibility of an interim dividend payment to its shareholders. A year ago in the same period ALL reported a net profit of CYP 27.100 yielding an EPS of 0.04 cent while the FY05 dividend stood at 1 cent per share.
