The Gallery, a new high-rise developed by the Askanis Group of Companies on the Limassol seafront, is expected to have its first roof-top restaurant when the building is completed in 2021.

News reports suggest that the restaurant will be on one of the three top floors and will enjoy a 360-degree view, with a bar in the middle and a private lounge for small groups of 35.

The Tom Wright design even has a provision for a helipad, while the ground floor of the building, located on the central Ayiou Andreou commercial road, will include two restaurants, an art gallery on the first floor and offices and apartments on the rest of the floors. The basement will go down four floors with parking accommodation for 250 cars.
