Eden Seniors Resort, a project developed by the Cypriot-Lebanese joint venture Eveningfall Investments Ltd., is set to open its doors to its first pensioner tenants in February, according to a company announcement.

The project, a brainchild of Larnaca lawyer Antonis Demetriou and Lebanese investor Samir Hijazi, has been in construction since 2015 and will include a complex of 51 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and nine suites.

It is located in Tersefanou, ten minutes west of Larnaca and is described as a wellness and rehabilitation centre, with spa and relaxation facilities for the elderly.

The project developers said the aim is to attract investors and residents from overseas as well.

Hijazi has been involved in other developments as well, including a hotel in Larnaca’s Ermou street, the Medwaste Treatment plant at Tseri and a number of residential units in Larnaca. The company said that through various projects, it has created jobs for 150 people.
