Cyprus participated in CeBIT in Germany

The Cyprus Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism participated at the world's foremost tradeshow for the digital industry, CeBIT, which took place in Hannover, Germany, between 2 – 6 March.

The fair is considered to be the biggest one of its kind, since 4,157 companies from 68 countries exhibited at CeBIT 2010.

According to an official press release, issued Wednesday, six Cypriot enterprises in the field of IT and program productions, participated in the fair, expressing optimism for the results of their participation, despite the world economic crisis.

Five companies, focusing on «Banking and Finance» presented their programs and had the opportunity to promote their services, the press release adds.

All exhibitors expressed satisfaction with their participation at the fair as well as their willingness to participate again next year.
