Sales push Cyprus July CPI down to 3.7%

Summer retail discounts helped pushed Cyprus's consumer price inflation down to 3.7% year on year in July from a June reading of 4.2%, the island's statistics department said on Thursday.
On a monthly basis, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) fell 1.47% to 115.89 points.
Household utility bills, which include electricity, were running 9.92% higher than last year while food was 6.83% more expensive.
