Cypriot elected chairman of EUMA

Maria Lazarou, Office Administration and Secretarial Studies lecturer and coordinator at Cyprus College, was unanimously elected Chairman of the European Committee of the European Management Assistants (EUMA) during the association’s 35 th annual general meeting held in Ljubljana.
Lazarou is involved with the design and implementation of seminars and workshops for secretaries and management assistants and has held various positions in EUMA Cyprus.
In 2003-2006 she served as National Chairman of EUMA Cyprus and in 2006-2009 she rose to Deputy European Chairman. The distinction for the Cypriot association of professional management assistants also coincides with the 20th anniversary of EUMA Cyprus.
