Cyprus petroleum sales up 2.4% in January-August

During the period January-August 2008, total sales of petroleum products in Cyprus recorded an increase of 2.4% compared with the corresponding period of the previous year.
Total sales of petroleum products in August 2008 recorded a decrease of 15.6% compared with the previous month.
In that month a small rise was recorded in the sales of Aviation Kerosene, while decreases were recorded in the sales of Gasoil Low Sulphur, Heavy Fuel Oil, Unleaded Motor Gasoline 95 RON and Gasoil for Marine Use.
The total stocks of petroleum products at the end of the month recorded an increase of 15% compared with the previous month.
