GCC IT spending to hit $12 bln by 2011

Organized by IDC, the event gathers CIOs from the region to discuss their evolving roles, and network with peers; exploring the direction of the information systems outsourcing industry, which is estimated to have achieved AED 355 bln (USD 96,7 bln) globally and will pass AED 434 bln (USD 118 bln) by 2011.
