Spidernet to list 13.8m shares

The CSE Council announced that it has accepted the listing of 13,799,399 ordinary shares of “Spidernet Services Pubic Ltd”, which have resulted from the exercise of 27,598,798 Rights.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will rise to 41,398,197 shares.
Trading will commence on November 1, 2007.
