Insurance Opportunities in Southeast Europe

Ernst & Young Southeast Europe is organising, jointly with the Association of Insurance Companies of Greece, a conference on Insurance Opportunities in Southeast Europe, to be held on Tuesday, November 6, in Athens.

The conference aims to provide the financial services community with a better understanding of the insurance sector in the region, as well as of existing and emerging trends, opportunities and challenges.

In particular, the major themes explored during the event will be: the growth of the insurance network through bancassurance; mergers and acquisition trends in the Southeast European insurance sector; and the pension reforms question in the region. In addition to developments in Southeast Europe, insights on the experience of Western European insurance companies will also be presented.

Speakers at the event will include Ernst & Young top insurance experts from both Western and Southeast Europe, top executives from Western European insurance companies, as well as key decision makers from leading Greek financial services companies.
