WagerLogic Cyprus wins Best Contact Center Award

Cyprus-based WagerLogic Ltd., a CryptoLogic subsidiary, won first place for Best Contact Centre at the World Contact Center Awards amongst participants from Europe, Africa and the Middle East (EMEA). WagerLogic also won second place for Best Customer Service and for Best Community Spirit.

Moreover, a WagerLogic employee won the first award for Best Contact Center Leader, while Highly Commended Awards were given to WagerLogic’s employees for Best Customer Service Representative, Best Contact Center Supervisors, Best Contact Center Leader and Best Contact Center Technology.
