Cyprus Airways to list 111.04m rights

The CSE Council announces that it has accepted the listing of 111,039,500 nil-paid rights of Cyprus Airways Public Ltd Ltd, pursuant to Article 58(I) of the CSE Law.
The nil-paid rights were allocated to the ratio of 1 Right per share of nominal value CYP0.05. Each right exercised will be converted into 2.52 new share of nominal value CYP0.05 each with an exercise price of CYP0.05 (EUR0.086) per share.
The Rights will be exercisable on November 20 – 28, 2007.
The trading will commence on October 26, 2007 and will expire on November 15, 2007 (both dates inclusive). The CSE will undertake the observance of the above Register in the Central Depository.
Their code will be CAIRR.
