HB appoints Theodorou as Executive Board member

Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announced that at a meeting held on October 3, 2007, the Board of Directors appointed Pieris Th. Theodorou, General Manager and Secretary of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd, as new Executive member of the Board of Directors. The appointment is effective from October 12, 2007, when the Central Bank of Cyprus gave its consent for the appointment in writing.
