European CCTV company VIDO enters Middle East and Africa

VIDO Security Group, Europe’s leading closed-circuit television (CCTV) equipment and accessories manufacturer, announced its foray into the Middle East and Africa region and will soon open its regional office in Dubai.

At the recent GITEX Technology Week, VIDO’s showcase included an array of outdoor high speed dome cameras, antivandal dome cameras, conch-style cameras and high speed pan-tilt-zoom cameras with IR-projectors, IP mega pixel cameras, long distance night vision PTZ cameras, CCTV lens, controllers and switchers.

“The Middle East and Africa region has been on our radar for sometime now and we are glad that we are now setting up operations here,” said Nimer Al-attal, Managing Director, VIDO. “With organisations in the Middle East increasing their investment in surveillance and security systems in the recent years, we believe we have perfectly timed our entry in this high potential market.”
