Interfund approves dividend of 3.25 cents

The Annual General Meeting held of Interfund Investments Public Company on April 18, 2007 decided to pay a final dividend of 32.5% of the nominal value of the share, that is, 3.25 cents per share for 2006.
The dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered as at April 30, 2007. The dividend will be paid to the shareholders on May 24, 2007.The AGM also authorised the name change to Interfund Investments Plc., and authorised the Board to proceed to buyback of own shares for the period of 12 months from the approval of this resolution that will not exceed 10% of its issued capital and to keep those shares for a period that will not exceed 2 years.
