Acropolis AEPEY barred from CSE

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announced that pursuant to Article 46(1) of the CSE Law, “Acropolis Brokerage AEPEY” will no longer be a CSE member with effect from 19/4/2007.
This decision was taken after the Greek SEC’s decision dated April 18, 2007 for the suspension of the Company’s license pursuant to Article 4a of Law 1806/1998 due to serious breaches of the stock market law. The suspension of its operation as CSE Member will be of immediate effect and the issue will be examined by the CSE Council, which will take the final decisions.
