Freehold land from GBP 18,500

UK Land Investments has launched its latest premier site in one of the most beautiful areas of the South East England countryside, offering Cyprus based investors the opportunity to invest in freehold land, with the potential of earning high value if permission is given by the local authorities to convert the land to housing.

The site in New Addington, Bromley, is located on the border of Croydon, putting it at the doorstep of Central London and within reach of all major London airports, as well as the exclusive Biggin Hill helicopter landing and airport facilities.

Bromley is one of London’s largest borough, with more than 35 square miles of countryside, picturesque parks and woodlands to explore. The site is conveniently located 6 miles from the M25 motorway, and just 30 minutes from London via the underground or mainline train services.

The area’s rich natural environment, excellent transport links and a wide choice of schools and local amenities have made it a highly desirable location. Government plans are currently underway for a massive increase in the number of quality houses being built in Kent.

Kent is facing huge changes in the wake of government proposals for more than 100,000 new homes – equivalent to a city the size of Nottingham – to be built here by 2031.

The land for sale is greenbelt land that does not have planning permission. However, in recent years many property developers and private landowners have made considerable profits from greenbelt land that has subsequently gained planning permission.

With the recently announced Government targets, particularly in the Southeast, experience suggests that this trend can only continue.

The opportunity is now open to the private investor for as little as GBP 18.500.

The plots for sale are approximately 400 metres square which is of sufficient size to build a 4 bedroomed detached home, subject to planning permission. They are located next to existing development and close to local amenities and good transport links, said consultant Alex Gouveris.

Planning permission cannot be guaranteed on any greenbelt land in England, but in an effort to solve the current housing shortage, the Government is committed to the building of more homes. This means that more land will have to be released and according to the Government, up to 40% of that land may be on greenbelt sites.
