Frou-Frou to list new shares

The CSE Council announced it has accepted the listing of 9,224,093 ordinary shares of Alkis H. Hadjikyriakos (Frou Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd, which have resulted from the enforcement of the Loyalty Shareholders Scheme to investors who held all the first-issue shares until June 30, 2007.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 98,860,700 shares. Their trading will commence on Thursday, September 13, 2007.
