Andy to build GBP 85 mln exec residences on Bishops Avenue

Andy Panayiotou, chairman of the multinational property company the Ability Group, is now enjoying the fruits of his labour with the construction of the UK‘s most expensive private residence, costing anything up to GBP 85 mln.
Panayiotou told London Greek News in an interview that his intention is to move away from the “over-heated” residential property market in the UK and to acquire hotel properties in the UK, Europe and the America‘s.

The new residence, “East Weald”, will by fitted with the some of the most expensive granite and wood from around the world, the latest security measures but will be without a helipad.

Bishops Avenue

is one of the UK‘s most expensive roads with another Cypriot billionaire, Chris Lazari, already in residence.

The Ability Group grew from a modest property business that developed dilapidated old warehouses in East London, to a billion-pound company employing several thousand people in the UK and in Europe.
