Logicom to raise capital

The Board of Directors of Logicom Pcl (LOG) will convene on 7 August 2007 to examine the possibility to proceed with a rights issue and share warrants. Additionally, the BoD will examine the introduction of a Share Option Scheme.

The share capital increase will assist the Company to implement its strategic plan which is the continuous expansion in new markets (especially in Europe – Turkey, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary).
