SFS and Athena terminate juicy management deal

SFS Group Public Company Ltd announced that on June 8, 2007 it signed an agreement with Athena Cyprus Public Company Ltd, which terminates the agreement for the appointment of a consultant for the establishment and operation of an Investment Incubator, which had been signed between the two companies on December 4, 2000. According to the agreement, SFS had undertaken the study of high-technology programs and the daily management of issues concerning the modern incubator.
The two sides also signed an agreement for the termination of the Fund Management Agreement between Athena and Sharelink Securities & Financial Services Ltd, subsidiary of SFS.
The Board members who had been appointed by SFS in the Boards of Directors of Athena and its subsidiaries submitted their resignations with effect from June 8, 2007 as follows:
Philippos Larkos, Marios Ioannides – Athena
Philippos Larkos, Marios Argyris – Athena High Technology Incubator Ltd
Christodoulos Ellinas – Athena Real Estate Holdings Ltd
It is noted that the termination of the agreements above and the withdrawal of the Board members were carried out within the framework of the withdrawal of SFS from the share capital of the Company following the sale of shares of Athena that SFS held to Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd on May 29, 2007.
