Libra to list 18.7 mln shares

The CSE Council announced that it has accepted the listing of 18,666,733 ordinary shares of Libra Holidays Group Plc, which have resulted from the conversion of 28,000,110 preference shares to the ratio of 1.5 preference shares for every 1 ordinary share, pursuant to the issue and conversion terms of the Prospectus dated March 23, 2001.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will rise to 76,384,409 ordinary shares of nominal value CYP0.10.
Trading will commence on Friday, June 15, 2007.
