Crucial questions defining personal and professional development are the focus of the two-day seminar organized by the Cyprus International Institute of Management on Tuesday, June 12 and Wednesday, June 13 at CIIM’s premises in Nicosia.

Leading the seminar is Dr Sally Potter, independent personal development specialist and management trainer, Visiting Tutor of Cranfield School of Management in the UK. Dr Potter works with managers and executives of both the private and the public sector, all around the world. She is a regular lecturer at Cranfield, at the Praxis Centre for Developing Personal Effectiveness and at the Centre for Developing Women Business Leaders. Dr Potter is an experienced mentor in one-to-one coaching and an accomplished group facilitator. Her work around the globe has brought her to Cyprus in the mid-1990s, where she created and introduced the first women-in-management course for the public sector.

Although part of the Executive Development Programme EDP, which was created by CIIM for driven, energetic executives and entrepreneurs, the seminar on ‘Personal and Professional Development’ is open to everyone who is interested in the development of their professional and private lives.
