Marfin Popular Bank announced that following the refusal of Piraeus Bank for a mutual disclosure of information, the shareholders of MPB Powe Capital Management, MFG, The Employees Provident Fund, Laiki Cyprialife, representing in total 8,77% of the capital of the Bank have advised the Board of Directors of the company that they reject the Public Offer of Piraeus Bank.
Following the recent rejection of the Public Offer of Piraeus Bank by the main shareholders, the total percentage of the shareholders that have already rejected the offer is 36,42%.
