The Elysium luxury hotel in Paphos has received a number of awards to add to its growing collection.

Confirming British travelers preference and satisfaction, Argo Holidays recently granted the Elysium two accolades. Besides being voted the ‘Hotel of the Year 2006’, the hotel won the ‘Best Weddings Venue in Cyprus for 2006’ award as well.

Expressing local opinion, the TimeOut Magazine chose the Elysium’s Cava Restaurants as the ‘Best Hotel Restaurant 2006’, acknowledging both the cuisine and service in this exclusive Mediterranean dining-room for the second connective year.

But it is Expedia’s ‘Best Revenue Hotel’ that deserves a closer look and careful interpretation. Expedia ranks the Elysium as the absolute favourite destination in Cyprus among travelers who plan and book their holidays online.

Ever since its opening in 2002, the Elysium has set new standards in Cyprus. Its unique architecture, conceptual décor, luxurious accommodation and appealing resort facilities and spa complement the hotel’s favourable location in the island’s prime seaside and golfing resort.

The Elysium is a member of Stademos Hotels, which also owns and operates the Mediterranean Beach Hotel in Limassol. It is also a member of the ‘Great Hotels of the World’.Â
