Trust gives new power to the iPod

Trust has launched three new solutions to provide power to the iPod everywhere and anytime: an extra battery pack, a power adapter and a car charger.

The PW-2883p Car Charger is compatible with the original USB connection of the iPod and it has been designed to maximize the use of it even while travelling in the car. Through the cigarette lighter connection, the iPod can be powered and charged as well as all other devices with a compatible 5V/500mA USB power connection such as audio/video players and digital cameras.

The new PW-2882p Battery Pack is an external rechargeable Li-ion battery with high capacity (2800 mAh) which enables the user to extend the playing time of the iPod up to 4 times. Within five hours, the battery can be fully charged via any USB port and the original USB power cable of the iPod. This battery pack, equipped with an integrated battery power tester with four clear charge indicators, can also be used for other devices with compatible 5V/500mA connection.

The third solution is the compact PW-2885 Power Adapter. This essential accessory for the iPod, which supplies stable power for unlimited playing time, is equipped with exchangeable connectors for use in Europe and the UK. In a maximum of five hours, the adapter can recharge the battery of the iPod and it automatically switches to the right voltage for correct use (100~240V). The adapter can be used in hotels and other holidays accommodations as an extra power source. These new products will be available from the beginning of May.

These three new products are suitable for all popular iPod models such as the classic iPod, iPod nano and iPod photo and will be available from the beginning of May.

Recommended retail price, excluding VAT, are EUR 8,36 for the PW-2883p Car Charger, EUR 25.17 for the PW-2882p Battery Pack and EUR 16.76 for the PW-2885 Power Adapter.
