CYPRUS: Limassol municipality to offer Enaerios area in BOT deal

Limassol Municipality has recruited Deloitte to draft the terms and conditions for a sustainability and financial viability study for the Enaerios public parking space, as part of its efforts to increase revenue and yield more from its property assets.

The 10,000 sq.m. area, currently under-utilised as a pay-and-park space, will be offered in a build-operate-transfer (BOT) concession, the municipality said in an announcement, adding that it aims to put all its properties to better use and build infrastructure to benefit the town’s population.
