CYPRUS: Limassol Marina Island Villas almost sold out

Limassol Marina, the 300 mln euro development, including the first superyacht marina in Cyprus, announced that nearly 80% of its Island Villas have been sold, with 15 available for sale.

Each Island Villa, with a price tag starting from EUR 2.9 mln, includes its own exclusive water-space or designated private berth attached to the individual property, offering all-round views and mooring for yachts of up to 60m. These villas are now ready for residents to move in.

The apartments at Castle Residences, selling from EUR 1.7 mln, claiming to be the only residential units in the Mediterranean to be completely surrounded by water, are accessed by a private bridge and still manage to emulate an urban feel. Unique views of the superyacht marina, the sea and Limassol, set these homes apart from all other properties in Cyprus. With a sandy beach just steps away from each home, 40% are already sold or reserved.
