CYPRUS: Cybarco and Cebarco Bahrain in joint venture for Trilogy, €30m sales so far

Construction of Trilogy Limassol Seafront, a trio of beachfront towers with private facilities and a public plaza, is already under way, with reservations in excess of EUR 30 mln for the sea view apartments and offices in the West Tower – due for delivery in 2021.

The contractor is a joint venture between Cybarco, the construction arm of the Lanitis Group, and Cebarco, a major building and civil engineering company based in Bahrain involved in a range of landmark projects such as Bahrain City Centre, the Abu Dhabi and Bahrain International F1 Circuits.

“We have signed a contract for the enabling works of the project which will include the construction of the temporary diaphragm wall, and will enable us to begin the dewatering and the excavation of the basements. We are performing all necessary tests with our consultants, both in Cyprus and aboard, to deliver this landmark project as planned,” said Trilogy’s Project Manager, Nick Papandreou.
