CYPRUS: President to promote business, property in China

President Nicos Anastasiades, accompanied by First Lady Andri Anastasiades, departs on Tuesday for Beijing where he will meet with the President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, and will participate in the Asian Political Parties Conference “New View of the Silk Road: Action for Common Development.”

Anastasiades will also deliver a speech at Beijing University.
On October 16, the President will address a Business Forum in Beijing organised by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KEVE).
He will later depart for Shanghai where he will address a forum organised by the Cyprus Land and Building Developers Association.
President Anastasiades will be accompanied by Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides, Transport Minister Marios Demetriades and Government Spokesman Nikos Christodoulides.
The delegation will return to Cyprus on Monday, October 19.
