Fuel prices up 2-3c

Hellenic Petroleum, EKO, hiked its retail fuel prices yesterday by 2 cents a litre for diesel and 3 cents a litre for petrol.

The unleaded 98-octane petrol was raised to 59.1 cents a litre, while the 95-octane product went up to 57.2 cents.

Low-sulfur diesel was raised to 53.8 cents a litre, and heating diesel rose to 47.9 cents.

Petrolina is also expected to raise all its fuel prices by 2c today.

Officials at ExxonMobil and Lukoil said they did not expect to hike their fuel prices yesterday or today, but were monitoring the situation in the market.
