GREECE: Baker Tilly strengthens its presence

Baker Tilly International announced the addition of three new member firms with Baker Tilly Greece, a subsidiary of Baker Tilly in Cyprus, secduring exclusive representation of the Baker Tilly network in Greece.


The newly established “VNT Auditing S.A.”, which was created by the majority of departing members of Baker Tilly Hellas, along with “Accounting Solutions SA” and “Audit Services SA” of ASNetwork, will cooperate and carry out their business under the umbrella of the new Baker Tilly Greece network, using the trade name “Baker Tilly Greece”.
The new firm will strengthen the network in Greece and the Balkans, both in the range of services offered and geographic coverage. South East Europe is one of the most significant growth drivers of Baker Tilly in Europe but is also a market that had been selected by Baker Tilly (Cyprus) as one of the prospective countries to expand their activities abroad.
The cooperation of Baker Tilly in Cyprus, operating with great success in Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova, is a historic step in creating a Balkan coverage with Greece as the main axis offering audit, accounting, consulting and tax consulting services.
