Harvest Capital Management Public Ltd. (HCM) announced the termination of its fund management contract with Suphire Securities & Financial Services until such time that the SEC lifts its ban on the provision of a number of EPEY services.

Harvest is also seeking the transfer of all its shares to the Central Registry of the CSE to give it access to its holdings, following the decision of the Central Bank to remove Suphire from the Central Clearing system.

Furthermore, Harvest has ordered its outside auditors to conduct a thorough investigation of the accounts and portfolio holdings of the firm.

Meanwhile, there is no word yet from Aiantas, Regallia and other related firms with respect to how they will deal with the trading suspension ban on Suphire.
