Tourism arrivals decline in Feb

On the basis of the results of the Passengers Survey, arrivals of tourists reached 72.600 in February 2005 compared to 75.705 in February 2004, recording a decrease of 4.1%, the Department of Statistics reported.

For the period January – February 2005 arrivals of tourists totalled at 131.495 compared to 132.209 in the corresponding period of 2004, recording a decrease of 0.5%.
