Russian FM postpones visit to Cyprus

Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has postponed a visit to Cyprus, due to have taken place at the beginning of March. According to an official press release, the Russian Foreign Ministry has informed the Cyprus Foreign Ministry that Lavrov had to postpone his scheduled visit and the region because of “an urgent need to be present in Moscow” at the time.

The ministries of the two countries are to set a new date for the visit, the statement added
