Marfin Popular Bank dividend reinvestment price

Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announced that in accordance with the 2008 Dividend Re-investment Plan the re-investment price of the 2008 dividend into shares of the Bank is EUR2,25.
It is reminded that this price is, in accordance with the terms of the Plan, 10% lower than the average closing price of the Bank’s share on the Cyprus Stock
Exchange and Athens Stock Exchange for the period May 26 to June 1, 2009 (first five days during which the share of the Bank was quoted ex-dividend).
