Cyprus Airways flights affected by strike in Greece

Eight Cyprus Airways flights, six from and to Athens and two to and from Salonika will be affected by the four-hour strike of air traffic controllers in Greece today from 1000 to 1400 local time (0930 to 1230 GMT).

A Cyprus Airways press release said that two more join flights of Cyprus and Olympic Airways will be affected by the strike. According to the press release, new arrangements have been made.

Flights CY 322, CY312 from Larnaca to Athens and CY 323, CY313 from Athens to Larnaca are cancelled.

Flight CY304 from Larnaca to Athens scheduled to leave at 1315, will departure at 13.30 with a bigger Airbus to carry the passengers of the previous cancelled flights.

Flight CY305 from Athens to Larnaca will return at 1615 instead of 1530. Flight CY 418 from Larnaca to Salonika and Paris will leave at 1340 instead of 0900 and the return flight from Salonika to Larnaca is rescheduled for 0030 on Friday.

Flights CY/OA 1729/329 and CY/ΟΑ17327332 cancelled and the passengers will be transfer with flights CY 304 and CY 305.
