Logicom to sell remaining rights through “Book Building” procedure

Logicom Public Co. Ltd (LOG) announced that all unexercised rights representing 3.2% of the total issue will be disposed through the Book Building procedure. The company previously announced that 59,769,370 Rights have been exercised, which is 96.82% of the total.
It is reminded that for every new share allocated with the exercise of Rights, 1 bonus warrant is also allocated, the exercise of which, pursuant to the Prospectus dated 26/9/2007, will correspond to 1 new fully paid share. The exercise price of the warrant has been determined at EUR2.00 or to the amount that will correspond to 75% of the average closing price of the last 60 days prior to the date of announcement of the exercise price, whichever amount is the smallest. The warrants will be listed in the CSE and will be exercisable on October 20 – 31 from 2008 to 2010 (both inclusive). The new shares resulting from the warrant exercise will be listed in the CSE.
The rights had an exercise price of EUR 1.11 or CYP 0.65 per share.Laiki Investments EPEY Public Company Limited will conduct the Book Building procedure on behalf of Logicom from December 19, 2007 until December 20, 2007 (12.00 pm) with participation reserved for investors who wish to exercise at least 100,000 Rights.
