CAIR book-building 2.1 times oversubscribed

Cyprus Airways Public Limited announced the successful completion of the increase in its share capital with the issue of 279,819,540 new shares. The total capital absorbed by the Company is estimated at CYP14.69 million (EUR25.1 million).
According to the final results, the Rights exercised by their holders with an exercise price of CYP0.05 (EUR0.08551) per share correspond to 263,873,968 shares, representing 94.3%.
The remaining 15,945,572 shares (which resulted from the Rights that were not exercised by their holders) were disposed to investors from Greece and Cyprus through the Book Building procedure at the price of EUR0.16 (CYP0.093) per share. It is noted that the Book Building has been covered by 2.1 times.
