Prochoice trades ex-rights

A.L. Prochoice (PROP) shares traded ex-rights (1 Right per 1 existing share). The trading and exercise periods of the rights are 6 Dec.2007 – 4 Jan. 2008 and 9-16 January 2007, respectively. Every 3 rights exercised will correspond to 1 new PROP share with an exercise price of EUR0.1538/share. In addition, every 3 new shares will correspond to 2 new warrants. The exercise price of the warrant is EUR0.20/share and the exercise periods of the warrants are 15-30 November 2008-2009-2010.
