The total sales of petroleum products in September 2007 recorded an increase of 3.6% compared to the previous month, according to the Statistical Service Cystat.

Cystat attributed the increase mainly to a significant rise in the provisions to ships (17.0%) and in the sales of gasoil low sulphur (15.6%).

However, decreases were recorded in the sales of Aviation Gasoline (9.8%) and Unleaded Benzine (9.4%).

The total stocks at the end of the month remained at the same level as in the previous month.
