Logicom to list 61.7m rights

The CSE Council announced that it has accepted the listing of 61,733,000 nil-paid rights of Logicom Public Ltd, pursuant to Article 58(I) of the CSE Law. The nil-paid rights were allocated to the ratio of 1 Right per share of nominal value CYP0.20 (EUR0.34). Each 10 Rights exercised will be converted into 1 new share with an exercise price of CYP0.65 (EUR1.11) per share.

Also, for every 10 Rights exercised, 1 warrant will be allocated. Each warrant exercised, will be converted into 1 share with an exercise price the lower between EUR2.00 (CYP1.27) and 75% of the average closing price of the share in the past 60 days from the date of announcement of the exercise price.
The Rights will be exercisable on December 3 – 7, 2007. The warrants will be exercisable on October 20 – 31, 2008 – 2010.
The trading of the Rights will commence on November 6, 2007 and will expire on November 26, 2007 (both dates inclusive). The CSE will undertake the observance of the above Register in the Central Depository.
