CYPRUS: Nicosia\\\’s tallest building 360 reaches 27 floors

Nicosia’s tallest building, the ‘360’ has reached 27 out of its 34 floors, as the project belonging to 101 Development Ltd is picking up speed.

The Cyfield Group, who have undertaken the construction announced that building work at the 360 is at an advanced stage as the parking lot, the lobby and some of the apartments have been completed.

As the company notes, the 360 is an innovation for Cyprus which in addition to its height, offers a 360 degree view of the city, in-house services, security, state-of-the-art technology, swimming pool, gym, spa and concierge services to its occupants.

“The development situated in the centre of Nicosia has already contributed to the revitalization of Makarios Avenue and the surrounding area,” said Cyfield.

It said apartments in the tower block are selling well, with local and foreign clients showing an interest in “the new lifestyle and advantages offered by the project”.
