CYPRUS: Cybarco breaks ground on €25 mln Trilogy project in Limassol

Just weeks into the project’s first official announcement, Cybarco has started construction work at the site of Trilogy Limassol Seafront. The company’s latest landmark development is in its pre-launch phase and has already received reservations in excess of EUR 25 mln for its luxury sea view apartments and offices in the West Tower – due for delivery in 2021.

The southern side of the fenced-off plot is currently being cleared and levelled to accommodate the contractor’s first pile load tests. Construction of the diaphragm wall and the new sales office will be completed in the coming months. This will also pave the way for further structural work, including the foundations of the two front towers with their surrounding plaza and the underground parking.
